Carol is a highly experienced Senior Physiotherapist with an Honours Degree in Physiotherapy and over 20 years of clinical practice.
She has developed a strong reputation in sports injury management and Orthopaedic rehabilitation, supporting people of all ages and activity levels through both pre- and post-operative care. Her expertise covers musculoskeletal injuries, spinal conditions, sports and Orthopaedic rehabilitation, Aquatic Physiotherapy/hydrotherapy, Rheumatology, and long-term pain management.
Carol has worked across both private practice and hospital settings in the UK and Australia, caring for a wide range of patients – from athletes and weekend warriors aiming to return to peak performance, to individuals recovering from surgery, workplace or accident-related injuries, and those living with more complex, chronic conditions.
Committed to ongoing professional growth, Carol has undertaken further training in APPI Pilates, Manual Therapy, Dry Needling/Acupuncture, Orthopaedic Medicine, and Aquatic Physiotherapy. She is also a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association.
With a strong interest in health and sport, Carol focuses on uncovering the root cause of symptoms and developing tailored rehabilitation programs that restore movement, enhance performance, and build resilience. Her approach is holistic and hands-on, blending evidence-based treatment with functional exercise to deliver effective, lasting results.

Outside the clinic, Carol enjoys Pilates and swimming, spending time outdoors, and most of all, life as a busy mum to two young children.
